A Minnie Stick is one of the best—and definitely the most fun—cookie you’ll ever eat! We start by rolling our top-secret cookie dough into 5”-long rectangles. Then we bake them until they’re golden and just the right degree of crispy. Once they’ve cooled, the sticks go skinny-dipping in warm baths of chocolate or salted caramel before rolling around in little mounds of crushed nut brittles, chocolate, coconut or other tasty toppings. The result? A heavenly dessert on a stick that’s entirely edible!!
